1. Who provides the service

OnlineTestPrep is operated by TestPrep LLC., 777 NW 72nd Ave STE 1075, Miami, FL 33126, United States, as part of TestPrep Group. You can reach us through the contact form.

2. Your account

You need an account to take a practice test or use a question bank. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. Accounts are personal: you may not share, lend or sell one. Your sign-in also works on other TestPrep Group websites, but products bought on OnlineTestPrep are available on OnlineTestPrep.

Your account is personal and can be used in one session at a time. A new sign-in on any of our websites, from any device, closes all your other sessions, including one open on another of our websites in the same browser. If you are signed out during a test, your answers are saved and you continue where you left off after signing in again. Sharing your login, or downloading our content in bulk with automated tools (bots, scripts, scrapers), is not allowed and may lead to a warning, suspension or closure of the account.

3. Purchases and prices

Prices are shown on each product page and at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. When payment succeeds, the product is added to your account. Every purchase is a one-off payment; nothing renews and you are never charged again automatically.

Practice packs can be bought before their tests are published. Published tests included in your pack open after payment. The remaining tests open automatically once enough new tests are published to fill the remainder of your pack, and each test's 12 months of access start on the day it opens.

Practice tests, question banks and AI Tutor time are digital content. You can ask for a refund of a digital product you have not used within 14 days of the payment date. A product counts as used once any practice test in the pack has been started, any question in a paid section of the question bank has been opened, or any second of AI Tutor time has been used; a used product is not refunded. How long access lasts, and the rest of these rules, are set out in Refunds and access, which forms part of these terms.

AI Tutor time is digital content too. It is sold in 30-minute blocks and added to your account on this site as soon as the payment goes through; minutes you do not use stay there for your next practice test.

4. What the practice products are, and are not

• Practice tests and questions are written by TestPrep Group. They are not official test material, and the exam owners (College Board, ACT, ETS, GMAC, Pearson and the owners of IELTS) are not affiliated with us and do not endorse us.
• Scores in reports are estimates on each exam's scale from our own conversion. They are not official scores and not a prediction of your result.
• Some responses, such as PTE, IELTS and TOEFL speaking and writing and GRE and ACT essays, are scored automatically by software that includes AI models. Treat that feedback as practice guidance.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, record, publish or share questions, explanations or tests outside your own preparation;
• scrape, download in bulk or otherwise extract the question banks;
• use someone else's account or let someone else use yours;
• interfere with the service or try to get around access controls.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. Where we can, we will tell you first.

6. Intellectual property

The tests, questions, explanations, software and branding belong to TestPrep Group or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own exam preparation while your access lasts. Exam names are trademarks of their owners and are used here only to describe what our products prepare for.

7. No guarantee of results

Practice helps, but results depend on many things outside our control. We do not guarantee any score, admission, visa or other outcome. The service is provided as it is, except where the law does not allow that to be excluded.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. The version that applied when you bought a product continues to apply to that purchase.

10. Questions and complaints

Please contact us first through the contact form; most problems are solved quickly that way.

11. Governing law and courts

These terms, and any dispute about them or the service, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim in the courts there.
